Our faithful rented mini van has taken us all over New Zealand. With no working radio in the car we make the time pass by playing American Idol and 20 questions. We also look at the scenery which includes many, many sheep.
We made a (wise we think) decision in Christchurch not to drive all the way down to Queenstown and Milford Sound. It would have meant too much driving and too little seeing and doing things. Sometimes you have to chose quality before quantity.
